Factsheet from Our Community Our Health (OCOH), a collaborative partnership among communities in Florida, Missouri, Minnesota, New York, California, and Kentucky, which the COVID-19 pandemic has hit the hardest. The factsheet discusses basic information about COVID-19, including how viruses like COVID-19 make us sick, and why variants exist. The factsheet also promotes vaccination, boosters, and other prevention strategies as tools to stop the spread of COVID-19 and the creation of new variants. The factsheet uses plain language, was evaluated to be at a 6th-grade reading level, and is available in English and Spanish.
