Toolkit provides resources to raise awareness of the CDC's Bridge Access Program. The Bridge Access Program will temporarily provide COVID-19 vaccines at no cost to adults 18 years and older without health insurance and adults with insurance that does not cover all COVID-19 vaccine costs. The communications toolkit contains supporting messages, a sample newsletter blurb, and social media assets in both English and Spanish.
